David Stefankiewicz is an experienced criminal trial attorney, having successfully handled countless matters involving a multitude of issues for some very high-profile cases in the region. A former Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Wildwood, Borough of West Wildwood and the City of North Wildwood, he now concentrates his practice on the defense of virtually all Municipal Court matters including DUI/DWI, drugs, and all indictable offenses, as well as expungement of criminal records and appeals.

His practice also includes a significant number of matters involving matrimonial and family law, including child custody, divorce, child support, property settlement agreements, and mediation.

David is a graduate of Marquette University and The Delaware Law School of Widener University.
