Bob Polis focuses his work on civil litigation surrounding contractual disputes related to real estate, commercial transactions, construction liens and various land use matters. Additionally, he assists the firm’s client businesses and developers in the customary day-to-day administrative proceedings in matters involving real estate, zoning & planning, and land use.
He is also experienced in matters involving matrimonial and family law, and municipal/criminal cases.
Bob’s writings include an article co-authored with Penn State Professor Leslie M. MacRae about the Public Trust Doctrine and public beach access rights and the public trust doctrine in New Jersey entitled “Back to the Beach: Will it Ever Be Safe to Buy Dry Sand Again?”
Bob is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
A former rugby player, Bob now regularly competes in marathons, including the Philadelphia, Long Branch and Boston Marathons.
